Social Services Research Group
If you are organising an SSRG event, or an event you feel would be of interest to SSRG members, please email the details to the website and we will consider including it on these pages.
This event explores and discusses a range of issues relating to current and forthcoming national surveys – repeat user experience surveys; the national Carers’ Survey; the forthcoming national survey on outcomes associated with “Putting People First” which is the potential source of a new national performance indicator.
The day will also cover experience and good practice in local use of these national survey techniques and results. It will cover other surveys of user or customer experiences, now in the new context of local authority legal duties to involve local persons and national social care ethics review requirements.
